TERMS & CONDITIONS

LUX DETAILING SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as, “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) and Lux Detailing LLC (hereafter referred to as “Lux”, “contractor”, “technician”,  “us”, “our”, or “we” ) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By using our service you agree to the full terms of this agreement, without modification by you. By using the services of Lux you hereby agree to the following terms:

ACCESS TO WATER & ELECTRICITY

We require access to water and electricity for our Exterior Only & Delux Inside & Out packages. For Interior Only details we require access to just a power source(No water source needed). If you do not have access to either water or electricity please call us at (509-552-5786) so we can find a solution.

PREPERATION PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT

Prior to our arrival we request that all personal property be removed from your vehicle. Please remove all your personal property from the interior, including cargo area, trunk, under seats, center console, glove box and any other compartment where you would like us to clean. The compartments containing personal belongings will not be cleaned or emptied by your Lux Detail Technician. We do not clean or open the spare tire compartment of vehicles unless requested by you.

Lux will not accept any liability for loss or damage to any personal property.

We will neither remove nor install car seats from your vehicle.

We will neither remove nor install after market items from your vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, steering wheel covers, seat covers, light bars. If you would like these things cleaned underneath, please have them removed prior to your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. The following terms and conditions apply to all appointments:

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or service.

Lux reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions or equipment failure.

Failure for the vehicle and keys to be present at the time and location of the ordered service may result in the cancellation of the appointment by Lux.

OPERATING & MOVING YOUR VEHICLE

Customer will give Lux access to the vehicle during the detail job and any additional mutually agreed upon times. Please make sure the keys to the vehicle are available to us. This document insures that you authorize us to operate and to move your vehicle, as necessary to do so determined by our Lux technician.

QUALITY OF SERVICE

We want you to be satisfied with our service. No services offered are guaranteed to completely restore your vehicle to any previous or new condition. We will try our absolute best to restore the vehicle to its best condition possible, within the constraints of our resources, time, expertise, & equipment. If you are available, we will conduct a final inspection with you at the end of the job. If, after the final inspection and after we have left, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. Lux will not be held liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion.

ACCIDENTS, PRE-EXISTING CONDITION AND DAMAGE

Lux and it’s contractors cannot be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle while in our care. Lux performs a series of safe, tested, & effective cleaning procedures to ensure no damage is caused to your vehicle. We handle your vehicle with the utmost care and have not had an accident to date. If something does get damaged while detailing your vehicle, we will advise you of the incident. By agreeing to our detailing services you also agree not to hold Lux Detailing LLC liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle.

FEES, TERMS OF SERVICE, AND PAYMENT TERMS

The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount, indicated as “Total” on the service booking page. The amount of time reserved is an estimate since the condition of each vehicle varies. It is possible that the job could take less or more time than the time reserved. Lux may charge extra fees if the job takes significantly longer than expected. We will inform you of any possible fees before or during the detailing process.

Other optional fees will be brought to your attention If we identify areas that may need extra work that is not covered by the selected package.

Additional charges may be applied if there are a large number of personal items left in the vehicle.

Customer must disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray or any other hazardous materials. A minimum 20% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve these hazardous materials.

No travel fees will be charged for customers inside our usual 10 mile service area. A travel fee of $0.50 per mile will be applied after the first 10 miles for customers located outside of our service area. Distances are calculated from our dispatch location, 831 diagonal St. Clarkston Washington 99403.

PROVIDING FEEDBACK AND PHOTOS

We ask for your feedback. Please send us an email at (luxmobilelcv@gmail.com) and let us know if there are ANY concerns – good or bad. We also carry the right at the discretion of Lux to use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes and to publish on our website (www.luxmobiledetails.com) or any of our Social Media. Your personal information will not be shown in the photos.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Lux may cancel any new or existing services with clients if we experience that the customer is not the right fit for our services at the discretion of Lux Detailing LLC.

LUX DETAILING CHANGES

Lux reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section.
