Lux Detailing LLC service agreement

This agreement outlines the terms between Lux Detailing LLC (“Lux,” “we,” “us”) and the Client (“you,” “customer”). By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

Mobile requirments

We require access to water and electricity for a majority of our services. If you do not have access to either water or electricity please call us at (509-552-5786) so we can find a solution. Lux Carries 100ft of water hose & power cord on board.

Preparation

Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle, including compartments and the trunk. We will not clean areas containing personal items.

We do not remove or install car seats, aftermarket items, or accessories (e.g., steering wheel covers, seat covers, light bars). Please remove them beforehand if cleaning underneath is desired.

Lux is not liable for lost or damaged personal property.

Cancelation 

We understand that plans can change, If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. 

Lux reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions or equipment failure.

Operating & moving your vehicle

By booking a service, you authorize Lux technicians to operate and move your vehicle as necessary for detailing.

Quality of service

While we strive for the best possible results, some stains, defects, and damage may be beyond restoration.

If you are present, we will conduct a final inspection with you. If concerns arise after the service, please let us know on the spot or contact us within 48 hours so we can address them.

Lux will not be held liable for any concerns after 48 hours of job completion.

Accidents, pre-existing condition and damage 

Lux performs a series of safe, tested, & effective cleaning procedures to ensure no damage is caused to your vehicle. We handle your vehicle with the utmost care and have not had an accident to date. If something does get damaged while detailing your vehicle, we will immediately advise you of the incident. By agreeing to our detailing services you agree not to hold Lux Detailing LLC liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle.

Payment

Pricing is based on the agreed total at booking.

Additional charges may apply for:​

• Severe soiling, biohazards, or hazardous materials

• Travel outside our 10-mile radius ($0.50/mile from 831 Diagonal St, Clarkston, WA 99403)

Potential price adjustments will always be discussed beforehand.

Photos & marketing

We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for marketing and website use. No personal information will be shared. 

​

Termination of service

Lux may cancel any new or existing services with clients if we experience that the customer is not the right fit for our services at the discretion of Lux Detailing LLC.

 

Changes

Lux reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section.
